An elephant was spotted searching inside an abandoned truck for some food.

The animal was seen inspecting an old truck left at the side of a road in Hurulu Eco Park, Sri Lanka on April 25.

The filmer said: "The lorry was carrying powdered flour when it broke down in the middle of the road. The flour's smell attracted the elephant towards the truck, following which the jumbo spent quite an amount of time trying to obtain it from the lorry."

An elephant was spotted looking for food inside an abandoned lorry in Sri Lanka's North Central Province on April 25. The incident took place at the Hurulu Eco Park, located in Habarana in the Anuradhapura District.

A video features the elephant approaching an abandoned lorry parked on the sidelines of the road. Upon reaching, the jumbo entends its trunk towards the vehicle and tries to look for food. It puts its trunk inside the cabin and begins taking out stuff it can reach. Later, the elephant circles around the lorry to look for edible items.
