Baltimore County Fire Rescues 1,500-Pound Horse With Crane Assistance
BALTIMORE COUNTY, Md. — Fire crews successfully rescued a 1,500-pound horse named John after he became stuck, officials said.
The 32-year-old horse was safely returned home thanks to the help of Rockdale Towing, whose owner brought in a crane to assist firefighters with the rescue. The department shared the good news in a social media post, noting the teamwork that made the effort possible.
“John is safely back home,” the fire department said, thanking Rockdale Towing for stepping in to help during the unusual rescue.
