The cops from the Gautampura Police Station rescued two Red Sand Boa from four miscreants and arrested them. Moreover, they seized some items from their possession, along with Rs. 30,000 (USD 403) and two bikes. Besides, the accused were identified as Chaganlal, Dinesh, Vinod, and Maheshchand, while an investigation against them under the Wildlife Protection Act and other sections is underway. Furthermore, one snake was 35 inches long and weighed 720 grams (1.5 lbs), while the other was 40 inches long and weighed almost 1,200 grams (2.6 lbs).
