The wildlife sanctuary was being prepared for the animals to overcome the crisis in central India's Madhya Pradesh on February 18. The incident took place at the Nauradehi Wildlife Sanctuary in Sagar.

A video shows several spotted deers, known as Chital, confined inside a transport. Following this, a person opens the gate, and the animals begin to race into the forest cover. The creatures sprint and drift away, while the onlookers behold the occurrence.

The Nauradehi Wildlife Sanctuary was prepared for the African cheetahs, while a tiger, Kishan, and tigress, Radha, and their two-year-old cubs were not getting enough food. To overcome this crisis, 1000 spotted deers were demanded, out of which only 63 have arrived from the Pench National Park. There were several herbivores in the sanctuary, but their number has reduced over time.

These animals were being shifted to balance the food chain in the sanctuary, and so the carnivores could get enough food. An expert from Dehradun has also been invited for one month to conduct a survey.

Three sanctuaries of the state have been selected to shift cheetahs. These include Kuno Wildlife Sanctuary, Gandhi Sagar Wildlife Sanctuary, and Nauradehi Wildlife Sanctuary. After the first survey, Kuno Sanctuary got a green signal to transfer the creatures.
